Today in Cybersmart we learnt that media is all around us.Media has three purposes to entertain,inform and persuade we figured out that media is mostly used to entertain.
Matariki celebration
Today we had a Matariki breakfast and star viewing.
We all gathered at 6:30 in the morning to look at the Matariki stars and then we went inside and shared a meal.

Last week was Samoan language week and we did some activities that our teachers made us there was a eating competition,a match the Samoan word to the maori word and lastly dress 2 people In Samoan cultural clothes we did it in our house colours.Green won blue came second yellow third and red fourth
Room 13s noodle day
Today we celebrated room 13s ‘NOODLE DAY!’ each student in our class got to bring any noodle cup that we wanted. There were so much noodles everywhere and everyone was being kind and offering if anyone wanted to try theirs and some people swapped their noodles if they wanted to.It was so fun eating together we should have noodle day more often.
Earth and beyond -Topic and Inquiry
This Term our Topic is earth and beyond that will lead to Matariki at the end of the term.
We made the solar system my planet was Venus and my partner was Zurielle but she was busy so I got Jaydah from room 5 to help me.
